MORE (Protection from Energy Sucking Vampires)
My ex (the father of my children) sent me a message the other day critiquing my artwork. He sent me a sample and wrote “you should check out this artist’s work” with a link, then he wrote “sometimes less is more.” So I made this. It’s called MORE. I think I’ll add more to it later. Seriously though, it was created with the intention of protection from energy sucking vampires. God know they’re out there. Anyone who disrespects your time, your efforts, your space. Anyone who overly shares information without your consent. Anyone who offers unsolicited advice. Anyone who crosses your boundaries and tries to take more than you’ve offered them. Sometimes silence and disassociation is the best way to deal with the energy sucking vampire. What are some of your favorite practices to clear your energy field?
